Panko-Crusted Moulard Duck Breast
1 DUCKCHAR Moulard Duck Breast
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon pepper
3 cups panko
Step 1 - Remove excess skin (hanging off sides) from DUCKCHAR Moulard Duck Breast. Heat skin in pan over medium heat to render fat.
Step 2 - Score duck breast. Just be sure not to cut into the meat. Cut into 1/2 inch slices.
Step 3 - In large bowl, combine and mix panko, salt, and pepper.
Step 4 - Firmly press both sides of duck slices into panko mix.
Step 5 - Cook duck slices in pan. Each side should be golden when finished (2 to 3 min per side). Serve and enjoy.
