1 avocado, thinly sliced
1 heirloom tomato, thinly sliced
2 teaspoons sriracha
2 teaspoons mayo
2 whole wheat English muffins
Cooking Directions
Step 1 - Preheat oven to 375 F. Lay duck bacon slices on an aluminum foil lined pan and cook for 15 - 20 minutes or until duck bacon reaches desired doneness.
Step 2 - Toast the English muffins.
Step 3 - Make the duck bacon breakfast sandwiches sandwiches. Spread sriracha on bottom slice of muffin and mayo on the top slice. Then stack with bacon, avocado and tomato. Serve immediately. Enjoy.
