How to Grill Moulard Duck Breast on a Pellet Smoker

Pro Tip: DUCKCHAR is best served medium-rare
Step 1 - Score skin. Just be sure not to cut into the meat. Season both sides with Smoke Somethin' Dry Rub & Seasoning. Alternatively, salt and pepper works as well.
Step 2 - Preheat pellet smoker to 400 - 450 degrees. We use a Traeger Pro 34 and set the temperature dial to high.
Step 3 - Cook DUCKCHAR Moulard Duck Breast skin side down until internal temperature reaches 135 F (about 15 to 20 min).
Cover DUCKCHAR Moulard Duck Breast loosely with foil and let sit for 5 minutes. Cut and serve.
