Beef Back Ribs
Smoke Somethin’ Dry rub & Seasoning
Step 1 - Preheat oven or pellet smoker to 225 degrees F.
Step 2 - Trim ribs membrane and season with Smoke Somethin’ and kosher salt.
Step 3 - Smoke for about 8 hours. Once the internal temperature reaches 200 to 205 degrees F, pull the ribs, wrap them in butcher paper and allow to rest.
Step 4 - After resting, slice and serve with our favorite BBQ sauce.
