Smoky Moulard duck breast tacos

Build the nachos 
In a cast iron dish, assemble the nachos. Start with a tortilla chip base and then add cheese, black beans, duck, green onions, and jalapenos topped with more cheese. Make of couple layers so that the cheese melts evenly throughout the dish.

Baking (smoking)
Place the cast iron dish in the smoker at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Once the cheese starts to bubble, remove from smoker and top with sour cream, cilantro and your favorite salsa. Serve.
