Duck fat
1 Jalapeno
1 Yellow pepper
1 Red onion

Step 1 - Cut up veggies and toss with duck fat, salt and pepper.

Step 2 - Stack veggies on skewers. Rotate skewers every 5 min on grill (25 min total). Enjoy.
