Step 1 - Dry wings with a paper towels and brush thoroughly with DUCKCHAR Duck Fat.
Step 2 - Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3 - Grill or oven roast at about 350 degrees F for 45 minutes.
Step 4 - Brush wings lightly again with duck fat and increase temperature to 450 degrees. Cook for 5 minutes or until wings are crispy. Serve and enjoy immediately.
