Duck Fat Panko Chicken Thighs

DUCKCHAR Smoke Somethin’ Rub & Seasoning
1 pound boneless skinless chicken thighs

Cooking Directions

Step 1 - Dry chicken with paper towels. Toss with duck fat until lightly coated.

Step 2 -
In large bowl, add Panko and chicken. Mix thoroughly. Place chicken on sheet and season both sides with Smoke Somethin’ (to taste).

Step 3 - Heat 3 tablespoons of duck fat over medium-high heat in large cast iron skillet.

Step 4 - Cook chicken until cooking-side turns golden brown (about 10 minutes). Flip and repeat. Chicken is ready once internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Cut and serve immediately.
