Duck Fat Popcorn

3 tablespoons DUCKCHAR Duck Fat
1/2 cup popping corn
Salt (to taste)
Maple syrup (to taste)
Step 1 - In a large heavy pan like a dutch oven, heat duck fat over medium high heat.
Step 2 - Add 3 kernels to the pan. When they pop, add the rest of the kernels and cover. Shake the pan occasionally. Remove from heat after the kernels have stopped popping.
Step 3 - Mix in salt and maple syrup or any other toppings. Enjoy with your favorite movie.
