Duck Fat Roasted Corn
DUCKCHAR Duck Fat
Step 1 - Peel back corn husks and brush with DUCKCHAR Duck Fat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 2 - Put corn husk back in place and cook on grill over indirect heat for 25 minutes.
Step 3 - Remove corn from grill, peel back husks and brush with duck fat again. Sear over direct heat for 3 - 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
