Tuna steaks
Kosher salt
Pepper

Cooking Directions

Step 1 - Pat tuna steaks dry and season generously with kosher salt and black pepper.

Step 2 - Heat DUCKCHAR Duck Fat over high heat in a cast iron skillet.

Step 3 - Sear tuna for one minutes on each side. Serve and enjoy immediately.
