1 DUCKCHAR Moulard Duck Breast
1 cup cilantro, chopped
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
2 red onions, sliced
1 garlic clove, minced
1 jalapeno, thinly sliced
1 avocado, peeled and sliced
1 tablespoon cumin
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon, chili powder
1 tablespoon lime juice
Corn tortillas
Your favorite salsa
Duck fat, use rendered duck fat

Cooking Directions

Follow our pan sear cooking directions >. Just be sure to save the rendered fat for cooking the veggies.

Step 1 - In bowl, combine jalapeno, peppers, onion, garlic, paprika, cumin and chili powder in bowl. Salt and pepper to taste.  

Step 2 - Add 3 tablespoons of rendered duck fat to cast iron skillet at medium-high heat. Add bowl contents to skillet.

Step 3 - Cook veggies in skillet. After 5 min, turn down to medium heat. Cook for another 15 to 20 minutes. Stir often.

Step 4 - Heat corn tortillas in oven or on grill.

Step 5 - While in skillet, top vegetables with freshly pan seared slices of DUCKCHAR Moulard Duck Breast and fresh cilantro. 

Step 6 - Serve on tortillas with your favorite salsa, extra cilantro and avocado.
