Ingredients

1 DUCKCHAR Smoked Moulard Duck Breast
Parmesan, thinly shaved
4 tablespoons DUCKCHAR Duck Fat
1 baguette
1/2 cup roasted tomatoes
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
1 cup fresh basil leaves
1 cup green olives

Cooking Directions

Step 1 - Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Cut baguette into thin, diagonal long slices and brush with olive oil. Toast in the oven until crispy and golden.

Step 2 - With a sharp knife, cut smoked duck breast into thin slices.


Step 3 - 
Stack the ingredients in the following order on crostini: Parmesan, roasted tomatoes, fresh basil, smoked duck breast, green olives (whole and sliced). Finally top with some freshly minced garlic.


Step 4 -
 Serve and enjoy right away.
