Panko-crusted salmon, cod, chicken, eggplant, you name it - it’s delicious. It’s almost embarassing to write this post considering the fact that panko-crusted something is on our dinner menu every week and for some reason, that “something” has never been our own DUCKCHAR Moulard Duck Breast. Oops... Needless to say, the aforementioned proteins and veggies above are getting benched. We made panko-crusted duck last week and it was out of this world. Not only did it tastes great, but it was was oh so tender and as easy to make as any other duck recipe we’ve shared.
