We've been on a Mexican cuisine kick lately, so it's not surprising that we've arrived at the fajitas portion of our journey. What is surprising is how long it took us to get here. Moulard duck breast and fajitas are a perfect match for a couple of reasons. First, Moulard duck breast is a great substitute for steak and it adds an even bolder flavor to this dish. Second, cooking the veggies in duck fat take this meal to new heights.
